Many of us hold onto people, patterns, or beliefs not because they serve us — but because they’re familiar. Our nervous system is wired for safety, not change. That’s why release is less about “trying harder,” and more about building trust within ourselves.

What It Means to Let Go Spiritually

Spiritually, letting go is about returning to flow. It’s trusting that life supports you, even in uncertainty. It’s not a one-time act, but a process — peeling back layers of attachment, grief, identity, and expectation.Letting go is not about forgetting, suppressing, or rushing.
