Forest Walk and Circle

Do you love to walk amongst the trees, bathing in the golden-green light of the sun as it filters through the leaves of a beautiful canopy? Me too. In fact, it’s one of my favorite things to do in the whole world. Trees exist in the present moment, perpetually. Like babies and animals, they are pure consciousness. Imagine how that feels to be surrounded by pure consciousness. Come, let us go together to the forest and soak in the stillness of the forest, the stillness of awareness. I will guide us through a guided meditation and a group healing after an easy hike and a beautiful picnic lunch.
